Saya kata saya ada tips!!

 Assalamualaikum


Alhamdulillah dah masuk hari ke-7 kita sebagai umat Islam berpuasa. Selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa korang. Hari ni plan nak buat pavlova ok kat rumah, memandangkan hari ini cuti, so need a plan to fulfill my time with useful things. Tak lupa juga ibadah yang lain. Saja nak improve skill memasak. Takkan nak masak lauk jer.. hahaha

Aku baru perasan, mata aku ni dah jadi macam mata panda. Sebab aku suka tidur lambat lately. Pukul 11 dah baring, tapi still tak boleh tidur. Sampailah ke pukul 2 pagi, tak pun pukul 3 pagi, barulah boleh tidur.

So aku ada terbaca beberapa tips daripada laman sesawang, tentang bagaimana nk tidur awal. SO as you can see, below are the tips. HAppy reading! :)

How to fall asleep fast?

1. Keep your bedroom as a sanctuary. Maksudnya, bilik kene sentiasa kemas, bersih dan berbau harum. Kalau rajin semburla bilik tu dengan perfume. Barula ada aroma terapi sikit.



*KALAULA BILIK AKU SECANTIK NI, MEMANG 24 JAM JER AKU NAK DUDUK KAT BILIK. PERGI KERJA PUN TAK NAK, HAHA MELAMPAU!



2. Avoid keeping computers, phones, digital tablets or TVs in your bedroom. YERRRRRRRRR. Aku baru perasan, aku suka tidur lambat sebab layan memopad aku. Takpun, on laptop 24 jam. That's why tidur lambat. Sebab ada attraction tau dekat memopad, layan drama korea tak abeh abeh!! tu pasal mata dah ngantok pun tak dilayan. Kesian mata ni.. :(




3. Chill for a bit before bedtime. Avoid doing anything in the hour leading to sleep time that will keep you over-stimulated. It's not only exercise that can be a sleep thief. Forget watching TV, using a computer or gaming for at least an hour before going to bed. This kind of stimulation tells the brain to stay alert, just when it’s supposed to be winding down for the night. :)


  • Read rather than watch T.V. or play video games. Reading is a quiet, peaceful activity that leads nicely to a good sleep. It will slow your breathing, relax your muscles, and generally soothe you. And if all else fails, find a textbook to read and open to a particularly dry chapter. Productive and sleep-inducing. OMAGAD THIS IS THE GOOD TIPS!!

4. Eat dinner early. Kelaparan boleh mengganggu tidur kita. So makan makanan yang ringan2 jer. Like oat and fruits. Kan berkhasiat gitu loh.




5. Take a warm shower. Sometimes a warm shower can relax your body and feel clean. Having warm, clean hands and feet are often an ideal way to ensure a good night's sleep, as the opposite tends to be a guarantee to staying awake!

6. Get in the right sleeping position. Sleep on your side or on your back, gunakan bantal untuk tinggikan kepala. Aku tahu, bantal yang empuk dan posisi kepala ketika tidur juga penting!

7. Adjust your pillow(s) so that your neck is in a straight line. Kalau boleh, letakkan bantal di antara kedua-dua kaki anda, macam gambar di bawah ni, untuk membolehkan pinggang kita dalam keadaan neutral.


8. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, think of some nice moments from your life, and wipe out your worries. Insya ALLAH boleh.. nak cuba fikirkan someone yang aku suka. fav artis!!



Last one kalau boleh, time tidur buka lagu yang menenangkan, takpun  macam zikir. Alhamdulillah..

Ya Allah, sekarang ni aku menaip sambil mata tertutup, ngantok gila.. ok babai nak tidur!!
