How to handle your stress while having stress before examination? Well you have lot of days to study, but don't wait till the last minute to study. Take a deep breath and relief your stress. then when you start studying try to take breaks every 20 to 30 minutes. don't think about finish studying, stay focused. also before you start studying, make sure you eat good meal otherwise you will be bothered by your growling tummy and won't be able to get out from the kitchen. ;)
